STONE AND MARBLE

Our marble is sealed, but the stone is a naturally porous material. Wipe spills immediately.
Hand wash only with mild soap. To avoid spots, dry immediately with a soft cloth.
Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
For serve ware: Rinse immediately after use and do not allow liquids to sit on the surface. Do not use in the microwave and avoid contact with acidic foods. To prolong the life of your pieces, use a protective cloth or padding when storing or stacking.

WOOD AND WOOD FINISHES

Wipe spills immediately. Do not allow water to collect on the surface.
Avoid contact with hot items.
Clean using a soft, dry microfiber cloth.
Wood is a natural material and responds to changes in temperature and humidity. Extreme fluctuations can cause wood furniture to crack and lacquer and finishes to lift.

Glass

Wipe spills immediately. Do not allow water to collect on the surface.
Clean using a soft, dry microfiber cloth.
For tougher-to-remove stains and fingerprints, use a glass cleaner with a soft cloth.

LACQUER

Wipe spills immediately. Do not allow water to collect on the surface.
Avoid contact with hot items.
Clean using a soft, dry microfiber cloth.
Never use cleaner with alcohol or solvents as they may damage the surface and finish. If your finish shows signs of significant wear, consult with a professional.
If scratches on the lacquer surface develop, Novus Cleaners may be used to repair. We recommend Novus Level 1 or 2 for buffing out light scratches.

METAL

Whether antiqued brass or polished nickel, our metal is finished with a clear lacquer topcoat to ensure its longevity and slow the natural patina process. Over time, a patina will still develop. Excessive exposure to moisture may hasten its appearance.
